Holiday Art Showcase opening held in festive fashion

'All Is Calm. All Is Bright' Shop Local Holiday Art Showcase runs through December

The Simpsonville Arts Center hosted the opening of the exhibit "All Is Calm. All Is Bright" Shop Local Holiday Art Showcase on Thursday. The exhibit features holiday-themed and other works by Arts Center studio tenants Julie Baretela, Karen Bressi, Alicia Griffith, Gerri Hyman and Selene Paschoal. While the Arts Center Lobby Gallery is closed the week of Nov. 20 for the Thanksgiving holiday, the gallery will reopen on Nov. 27, and the exhibit will run through Dec. 27.
