$140 for each additional hour
$1000 for a 12-hour rental

NON-Resident Rates

(Monday–Thursday)

$500 for a 4-hour block
$175 for each additional hour
$1,200 for a 12-hour rental

$500 for a 4-hour block
$175 for each additional hour

Refundable Security / Damage Deposit

$300 (deposit)
